Please send the resumes at kiran.go...@ngtechinc.com Job Title: Instructional Designer Location: Hoffman, IL Duration: 12 Months Job Summary The Trainer/Instructional Designer will assist in managing the design, development and maintenance of learning solutions to support the roll-out of new Store Planning systems, and facilitate the training of the team in these new systems. The incumbent will work closely with cross functional teams and subject matter experts to determine the design of new curricula based on the needs of the users. Responsibilities Partner with Subject Matter Experts to identify and develop appropriate training material; the incumbent must posses instructional design skills that allow them to understand and translate training needs without the benefit of knowing, or having used, a computer aided drafting system/subject/process. Facilitate training classes for the Store Planning users. Support continued learning as questions and future needs arise. Skill/Experience Requirements 3-5 years of experience in instructional design. Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be able to train complex systems and processes to a range of audiences. Excellent time management skills; has the ability to meet aggressive deadlines and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates an advanced knowledge of MS Office. Effectively partners with cross functional team members. Experience with facilitation and training Preferred experience in eLearning Software - specifically Captivate, Camtasia, Flash using the A.D.D.I.E. design model. Prior experience in the retail/supply chain industry is desired, but not required. Prior experience with MicroStation Systems or other computer aided drafting software is desired, but not required. Required Minimum Education Bachelors level degree or commensurate experience Note: Examples of training guides/e-learning the incumbent designed should be made available at interviews.
