Specific duties are outlined below in the task list. Tasks: Provide business and workflow analysis on processes used by the agency Implement workflow and routing rules via an automated workflow engine Integrate workflow processes with various data sources and web services Facilitate process mapping and documentation meetings Document program specifications Design efficient methods for existing business processes Research and document and facilitate user requirements collection with program users Working with network administrators, systems analysts and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems Providing mentoring and guidance to junior staff Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs): Required: 3-5 years of experience using JavaScript 3-5 years of experience using XML, HTML, and CSS 1-3 years of experience using JAVA At least 2 years of experience using SQL Experience using Subversion Knowledge of relational and object-oriented database designs Knowledge of object-oriented design methodologies Knowledge of Information Systems Development Methodology (ISDM) Skilled in business analysis Skilled in system design Knowledge of database security, including role-based security Ability to be creative, to use sound judgment, and to display foresight to identify potential problems Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
