*Title: Business Analyst (Tableau experience)* *Location: Kalamazoo, MI* *Duration: 6+ months* *Face to face required after telephonic* *Description:* · Analyzes non-IT business problems and articulates requirements to support process improvement opportunities. · Creates framework for assessing financial payback. · Identifies alternative solutions and makes recommendation. · Prepares documentation of current and desired state. · Develops requirements and builds a common understanding between process owners and solution developers. · Role demands ability to assess process performance, strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience in preparing ROI statements for proposed investments · This individual will be responsible for recreating reports and dashboards using *Tableau software*. · The individual must have strong analysis skills to understand existing report specifications and translate those into new reports created with Tableau. · Once the existing reports are recreated the focus will shift to creating new reports for 2015 metrics. · Contractor will be required to provide regular status reports detailing the status for each report. *Requirements:* - 2 years with Tableau software - 2 years Microsoft Excel - Bachelor’s degree Preferred but not required.
