As long as the person has some way of knowing how to create a VM, they will be fine. There are other folks on the team that can teach them Rally. They aren’t currently doing any automation, but they will be in the future. It’s not required for the position, but someone that knows Python or shell scripting would be a nice to have. They are using a REST client for reporting. Netflow is only being used to export network statistics. MPLS is not a sticking point. They need to have knowledge for some sort of data center networking such as VLAN, VRF, VRF-Lite, or TCP/IP.
