*Reply me on rachel.l...@itbtalent.com <rachel.l...@itbtalent.com> * ******Must Face to face interview****** * in Wilmington DE* *Responsibilities:* · Work as part of a dynamic team throughout the software development life cycle · Responsible for the definition, design, construction, integration, testing, and support of reliable and reusable software solutions, addressing business opportunities. · Responsibilities include systems analysis, creation of specifications, coding, testing, and implementation of application programs and data interfaces. · Communication - Ability to communicate strategies and processes around data modeling and architecture to cross functional groups and senior levels · Collaborate with designers and analysts to implement enhancements or new applications · Develop code to meet story acceptance criteria · Participate in design and code reviews to ensure compliance with standards · Estimate level of effort to develop code to meet acceptance criteria · Ensure adherence to continuous improvement practices as required to meet quality / time to market imperatives · Maintain records to document program development and revisions · Documents design decisions, adheres to existing process guidelines, develops software components, supports QA during testing, and has oversight during implementation into production. · Participate in coding and other development activities for delivering complex projects. *Basic Qualifications:* · At least 5 Years’ experience in Application development (.NET 4.0, C#, SQL) · Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to Visual Studio, ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and JQuery · WCF/ASMX/REST services experience. · Windows and Web Development experience · Excellent communication skills. · Highly analytical and logical to analyze complex business requirements and come up with a solid technical solution. *Preferred Qualifications: * · MSCD certification (.NET, SQL). · Previous Financial Services industry experience. · 2 Year experience as Senior Developer on IT Projects. · Experience with Agile development methodologies. · Solid design and programming skills. · Experience with WCSF.
