Develops installation programs for websites. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures (i.e., SQL, C++, HTML, CGI and JavaScript). Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of Contractor staff. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.Contractor needed to effectively translate DHS\OHA business requirements into functional repeatable solutions. They will be responsible for development and delivery of SharePoint components including web parts, CSS, Master Pages, Content Types, and custom site features.
