Incorporate the principles of Clarity, Economy, Efficient and Precision in all designs. Product complete system specifications that enable the development staff to build systems with minimal re-work. Must be versed in *Cloud Computing and Security Requirements* Maintain business process maps. Aid in the creation of project charters, analysis for value capture, and document business needs for specific projects to be chartered. Gather requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, cenarios, business analysis and task and workflow analysis. Draft Business Requirements Document and project-specific needs under the guidance of architect and business unit by bringing process-specific and company-specific knowledge. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Work with project team and business to develop user acceptance test (UAT) criteria with the business. Set appropriate business service levels in conjunction with business unit/function and IT organization. Participate/lead review and final sign-off of business requirements. Act as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. Perform other related duties as assigned. Critical Skills: Writing Presentation Excel Powerpoint Project Experience: 2-5 years in an IT role preferred Prior experience in gathering requirements for small and large projects Knowledgeable on the business process within domain Experienced and familiar with existing technologies for the given function Prior experience in an outsourced environment a strong plus.
