The ideal candidate would possess excellent writing, presentation and critical thinking skills. This position provides support for business operations and project teams and maintains a close working relationship with the DDS’ IT Enterprise Systems unit. Performs evaluation and analysis of operational and programmatic fields; assists with designing new programs and procedures to improve operations; and provides technical support and training to end users. Produces a variety of statistical and narrative reports on a regular basis. Completion of an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of experience in operations analysis, research , or a programmatic area that involved collecting and analyzing data and document findings; OR five (5) years of experience in operational analysis, research, or a programmatic area that involved collecting and analyzing data and document findings. •Experience must have involved independent decision making, problem solving, and the utilization of written, oral, and interpersonal skills; •Ability to work directly with and effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management with varying degrees of computer technical experience; •Ability to multi-task, meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment; and work independently. •Demonstrated work experience analyzing information and identifying solutions; •Demonstrated record of dependable work attendance; •Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to formulate plans based on analysis of key departmental performance indicators; •Prior experience developing training, educational and technical documentation. *Preferred Qualifications:* Preference will be given to those applicants who, in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, also possess the following: Two (2) years of professional experience in a position that requires the interpretation of laws, rules and regulations.
