*Software Quality Assurance* *San Francisco, CA* *1yr Contract* *Rate: $50/hr on C2C (Max)* *Only Locals!!!* *Job Summary:* Software Quality Assurance Automation Engineer. The individual must have successfully implemented a data driven, keyword QTP framework as well as qualified software components as part of large, highly integrated, enterprise class development projects. The position requires strong systems thinking ability, integration test expertise, white and gray box analytical skills, attention to detail and significant experience working with databases and SQL to verify data accuracy. *Job Responsibilities: * · Create and enhance automated frameworks including the coding of reusable components and functions · Design automated test strategies and guide decisions to successful implementation and completion · Develop and update test cases to be automatable and train others on best practices for automated est case design · Create detailed test designs, conditions and execute them · Provide traceability from business requirements and technical specifications to test conditions and problem reports · Analyze and test user and system interface functionality · Participate in detailed review walkthrough sessions · Track issues to successful resolution · Collect metrics to measure test progress quality outcomes · Participate in special projects as assigned *Job Requirements:* · Must have created, from scratch, a QTP automated, keyword, data-driven test framework · Must have 3+ years’ experience in descriptive programing · Expert level experience with either SQL or Oracle DBMS required · 5+ years SQA experience in complex technical environments · Bachelor’s or higher Degree · Desired Qualifications: · Expert level experience with ALM and Load Runner · Test Certification *Specific Skills:* · Expert research and analytical skills involving technical and business process documentation - including system architecture, detailed design, and requirements · Demonstrated experience in developing comprehensive and accurate test designs and conditions through research and analysis of documentation; and from socializing with technical and business experts · Significant experience designing and executing QA black, white and gray box test conditions · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Demonstrated ability to successfully participate as a SQA team member on large, complex projects from design through Production deployment · Easy and adaptive personality · Fast, accurate enthusiastic self-starter · Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels (i.e. Management, SQA, DEV, Business Partners, Security, etc.) · Independent thinker with tenacity to maintain focus on issues until satisfied they are adequately resolved · Knowledge of industry standards and SQA best practices · Experience with various SDLC frameworks · Ability to track complex problems in a dynamic and evolving environment to thorough and complete resolution · EAD, H1B, US Citizen, Green Card Holder with the intent to become a US Citizen -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
