*Request Notes : * *They don’t need a great deal of experience 3-5 years. *The technical part is a little more tricky. *We really need them to help with code reviews which are comprised of both VB6 and JAVA. *They need to be able to read a specification and walk through the code to ensure the logic matches the specification and that there are not any obvious logic errors. *We debated if this person could be a programmer, but we would not have them writing any code. *We decided to go with a BA position as the code reviews are the immediate need, then they will need to move into a testing role to help support our validation. *Duties: * Support code reviews, which includes reviewing both JAVA and VB6 code to ensure coding standards are met. The review also require matching applied logic in the code to the Specification to ensure the logic matches. The person will be responsible for completing documentation of the code review.
