Position: *software configuration management (SCM)* Duration: 12+ Months Location: San Jose, CA Rate: ALAP *JOB DESCRIPTION:* *Min. 9+ years’ experience* This role is one of a *SCM Engineer*. The SCM Engineer will be responsible for understanding the *software development lifecycle*, tools required to effectively support and increase the productivity of developers while maintaining a repeatable process and ensuring business continuity. The ideal candidate will have a depth of experience with large scale software development efforts, working with teams in geographically dispersed locations, and hands on experience with multiple version control and software configuration management tools.
