Experienced *Tester (don't need test managers but great testers)* 2. *Medicaid/Claims Mgmt/HIPAA Transactions experience a must* 3. *Backend Testing experience a plus* 4. *Test Automation a plus* 5. *Previous State clients a plus (Medicaid space ideally)* 6. *Trizetto/HealthPas (Unisys vendor) experience a plus* 7. *Good communication skills* 8. Previous experience in *working with Deloitte staff a good to have* 9.
