This includes the end-user relationships, requirements gathering, solution logistics and the evaluation of alternative technologies. The role will work closely with the business and collaborate on requirements ensuring that the business needs are met by the system. The position requires the understanding of the data needed to be stored to meet or exceed the needs of our business and the use of that data for reporting, analysis and by other internal systems. *Responsibilities:* Serve as the IT business analyst and collaborate with the business on CRM projects and enhancements Work with other business analysts and the development team to convert business requirements into functional and technical designs Develop test plans and scripts Support and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and training Coordinate and/or deliver end-user training as appropriate Support the business in creating Business Requirements Documents, and create Functional Design and Testing documents Lead small projects and enhancements from conception through deployment using standard PMO methodology Manage on-time project delivery and business expectations and ensure internal customer satisfaction Work on the design of reporting and data needs with the business users *Requirements:* 3+ years of CRM business or systems experience 5+ years of business analyst and project management experience Familiarity with business reporting and reporting tools required Business Intelligence experience a plus Demonstrated successful working relationships with IT and Business customers Ability to present complex technical ideas in business-friendly language Excellent written and oral business communication skills Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities Exceptional customer service orientation Experience in multi-channel retail Experience in online user experience design Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Working knowledge of relational databases and experience writing SQL Working knowledge of MSOffice, MS Visio and UMLs Experience in writing detailed functional requirements and business rules/use cases Experience in the following phases of project execution: requirements, analysis, solution design, testing and implementation Strong multi-tasking capabilities * Details required for Client submission:* Full Name: Contact: Email: Current Location: Visa (If H1B who holds it) Skype ID: Rate: Payment Terms (1099/W2/C2C) Available Date-of-joining: In the meantime if you have any questions feel free to call.
