Business Analyst with GLOSSARY and Experience with SUN Identity Management (IDM) or SailPoint IAM tools is MUST This role can be located at either the location in Wilmington, DE or McLean, VA, The day to day duties will be coordinated through a remote project manager. 6-9 months to start. The Business/ Glossary Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development and modification of Application Access Glossary definitions for ~750 systems as foundational work to move towards a new corporate Indentity Access Management tool. You will be responsible for coordinating with multiple business owners across the organizations, ensuring glossary definitions meet content standards, and technical concepts are written in clear business language. Stong coordination and oral/written communications are essential for this effort. Provides business process or systems support that may include duties such as root cause analysis, mapping of current processes or systems, iterative problem definition and hypothesized improvement opportunities. Experience using process maps, RACI, Six Sigma or other related methodologies. May include facilitation of Agile Scrum events. May involve re-engineering of existing processes. Includes facilitation of organizational change and performance measures. Service experience 5+ years in financial services environment Related Experience 3+ years BSA experience desired but not required Quantitative & Analytical Skills Excellent – strategic application of experience; Demonstrated experience supporting business process improvement projects Methodologies Extensive demonstrated experience in two or more methodologies Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive Sponsors to team members). Influencing skills highly developed. Proven ability to lead a diverse group towards resolution when faced with ambiguous situations Application Security Experience, Active Directory Knowledge, Strong Communications Skills, and Technical Design Experience.
