*Must be a USC, EAD, or GC.* Qualifications 5 years plus experience in SAS Analytics Pro version 9.1.3 thru 9.4 (Windows 2008) 3 years plus experience in developing SAS Macros Ability to write flexible and reusable code using SAS Macros. Experience in Assigning Values to SAS MACRO variables and evaluating SAS MACRO variables. Familiar with the differences between Data and MACROS Variables. Complete understanding of Automatic, Global, and Local MACRO variables scope. Ability to use positional parameters and to assign default values to the parameters to MACROS. PROC SQL 3 plus years experience in using PROC SQL Ability to Connect using SAS interface to ODBC and Oracle Strong Experience with Queries; Inner and Outer Joins; Merging; inserting rows; updating large data sets; and removing duplicates. Ability to create tables and views Expert Query Performance Tuning skills SQL Knowledge and Strong Experience with the following databases MS SQL Server; Oracle; and Sybase IQ Ability to perform Complex Selects, Updates, Inserts, Deletes on database tables. Knowledge of Oracle SQL Loader and MS SQL Server BCP is preferred. Proficient in implementing Data Warehousing Solutions. Understanding of Indexes.
