Contract Location is Indianapolis Job Responsibilities Design, develop, maintain, monitor and execute ETL processes including verify and validate ETL deliverables. Help design and build a monitoring solution for the ETL framework to ensure health and optimal performance. Create and maintain Pentaho Reports as requested, suggest ideas for reports, and improve and upgrade existing reports as necessary. Write detailed description of client needs, report functions, and steps required to develop or modify reports. Create, maintain, and utilize existing web analytics queries and ETL that both provide analysis and audit of the system, utilizing PL/SQL and Pentaho BI Suite. Employ best practices in data quality, data security, disaster recovery, optimization & performance of the ETL and reporting framework. Work with Data Warehouse Architect to create new Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes and/or data marts to aid in the creation of reports. Map database sources to specified data formats. Translate concepts to requirements, and development into an automated production process. Identify and analyze data discrepancies, data quality and data process issues and any procedural improvements required to ensure systems conformance, data consistency and integrity.
