*Position:** **Excel expert (Business or data analyst)* *Location:** Mounds View, MN* *Duration:** **3+** Months* *Rate:** $30/hour * *Request Notes:* *EXCEL EXPERT. TOP 3 ONLY PLEASE.* *After Telephone In Person interview is required.* *Job Duties*: *Gather and analyze user requirements.* Spreadsheets: Candidates will be responsible for assessing, compiling, and merging data from multiple Excel spreadsheets in order generate a single master data list. In order to master efficiency in these efforts, candidates will be required to fully understand and apply Excel functions and shortcuts including *Vlookups, pivot tables*, etc. *Candidates must pass an Excel proficiency test during interview*. *Data Management:* Candidates will be responsible for fielding data from multiple sources including email, customer dialogues, service desk, exception lists, etc. and compiling data into master data list. Attention to Detail: Candidates must be thorough with a strong attention to detail in order to maintain data accuracy. End User Communication: Candidates will be responsible for identifying data gaps in Excel spreadsheets and contacting end user for additional data. Candidates will need to be able to articulate and communicate data requirements to the end user and follow up until requirements are met. Self Motivated: Candidates must be able to manage workload and meet defined deadlines. Candidates need to be able to articulate and communicate any risks specific to their workload that may jeopardize deadlines. Team Player: Candidate will be part of a small team with similar responsibilities.
