* Eagan, MN* The Senior Business Analyst provides requirement specifications for the CUAS (Checkpoint User Administration System) project within This includes analyzing, defining, documenting and communicating the business and functional requirements for product development; providing planning, estimating, scheduling, and oversight for the performance of business analyst activities. Responsibilities include: Acts as a liaison among business stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, document, communicate, and validate requirements / stories for new or existing business products, processes and systems. Plans, estimates, and schedules requirement / story specification tasks. Uses a structured requirements process to assess needs. Collaborates with peers, team members and managers to establish and implement consistent standards and best practices. Works within our agile development process / tools to document stories, tasks and acceptance criteria. Ensures change management and communication of change to team is done in a systematic way. Ensures product design conforms to accessibility and other standards such as section 508. Provides timely, effective written and verbal communication on the status of business analyst activities and effectively manages expectations regarding status, risks and assumptions as well as changes to project delivery, scope or cost. Reviews end user documentation and provides feedback Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a computer/technology related discipline, or 5+ years equivalent work experience in a technology environment. 4+ years experience in a technology environment with a minimum of 3 years experience in eliciting software objectives and translating these into requirements. 1 - 2 years leading, scheduling and directing business analysis activities and personnel. Experience utilizing agile software development methodologies. Understanding of principles of usability. Ability to effectively facilitate meetings Excellent communication skills Solid analysis and problem solving skills Good interpersonal, organizational, time management and leadership skills Experience with one or more UI design tools (Axure preferred) Detail oriented, a self-starter, a strong team player.
