I'm looking for things like....local to San Antonio, willing to interview in person, experience with investment services applications or infrastructure, native English communication skill, full on BSA rather than a PM who is willing to do BSA work. Evidence of being a team player. Strong reference. etc. *BSA* This is a pretty typical BSA position. This person will be adding additional capacity to the team so that the BSAs we have today can focus on their core applications. This person will pick up the smaller projects that the BSAs would normally pick-up when they had bandwidth. We need an all-purpose BSA that can easy jump between projects and quickly pick up knowledge of new business areas and technologies.
