Responsible for IT development architecture and design, planning, technical specifications development, and ensuring applications are constructed using efficient and effective techniques. This position provides expertise in best practices and tools for software development to solve Legislative business challenges and problems. This position develops solutions, diagnoses and resolves problems with business applications to ensure application stability, acts as technical lead in software development projects and provides mentoring to other IS developers.
