If interested, kindly reply back with a copy of your updated resume at the earliest at l...@tresourceinc.com. *Position : IT - Data Analytics Consultant - Micro Strategy Architect Position.* *Location: SANTA ANA , CA* *Type : Contract* *Start : ASAP* *Duration : Long Term* *Interview : phone + Skype* *describe the team* This position is Reporting Architect team member role. *What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position?* *The Micro Strategy Architect for the business intelligence area will require architectural knowledge in addition to data analytics experience in order to be able to add value to projects and understand the complexity of the Micro Strategy environment. *The technical components now involve multiple application layers and technologies including web technologies, an application layer with a specialized data store or cube and back-end data warehouse layers. Due to the current performance challenges and the large size of OptumRx data warehouse, these skills are essential and require a more senior level Architect resource. *The Micro Strategy Architect would need to have dashboard and general report building experience, general business intelligence experience, understanding of SQL and database experience, infrastructure and application server experience. *The Micro Strategy Architect would also need to have resource management skills and project estimation experience and be able to communicate effective with business users who have senior data analytics experience. *What skills/attributes are a must have?* *3-5 years of Micro strategy Project Design expertise *3 years of SQL experience *3 years Application Architect experience *1 year's technical leadership and team leadership experience, General business intelligence experience, *What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?* Strong verbal and written communication skills. Motivated self-starter No travel required. Located within reasonable commuting distance of the Santa Ana office Infrastructure and web security experience beneficial Ideally the lead should also have mobile technologies experience based on where dashboards are evolving to. The justification for bringing on the new FTE is that a Micro Strategy Architect is a critical role on the Business Intelligence team and is required to provide optimal Micro Strategy architecture and design for the BI environment.
