*Job Title : Business Analyst Location : Indiana Duration : 6 months Rate : $50/Hr* Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner. Work with client personnel to identify required changes for the impacted systems. Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. Participate and lead meetings with end users and technical staff to understand business needs, existing functionality or regulatory rules. Accurately prepares written documentation that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, and professional. Act as the liaison between the Development Team, the Quality Assurance Team, and Internal Clients. Review development results prior to the submission of changes to the Quality Assurance Team Assist other team members and related groups as needed. Experience with collecting and writing detailed requirements. Ability to work with end-users on understanding issues and the business process in order to formalize if the system works as designed or if there is a system issue.
