*2 Year contract* SAS EFM experience is required for at least one of these positions. Cards processing experience is a major plus. Profile: This individual will be the primary mainframe technical lead for a Fraud Monitoring system. This individual is responsible for all technical aspects of the project (including environment setup, code compilation and deployment, configuration, defect follow up, customization and training where necessary). On deployments where project managers are present, this individual will support the project manager to ensure that deployments take Gold code "from the shelf" and implement it for a specific region, with limited local customization. If no project manager is available the individual may assume some of the project management responsibilities. This individual will report to the Project Manager or Resource Manager for Global Software Delivery. This individual will be the technical resource representing the Global SFR team working with Regional IT Development Teams and business partners where necessary. The individual will be the first escalation point for technical issues by any GLT, analysts or project managers involved.
