Role: Business Analyst with Data Management Exp is Must Location: Des Moines, IA Duration: 9-12 Months This position is for a Business Analyst that has a strong background in data management projects. The candidate should have a strong background in data management including data validation and verification, leading and managing projects, and managing vendor relationships. Additional skills include eliciting and documenting requirements, designing potential solutions, advising on buy-versus-build options, and assisting the program on procurement and implementation. The candidate will be responsible for leading the development of the project through requirements gathering, identifying and designing potential solutions, and proposing an approach to either build or buy said solutions. The candidate should be a self-starter willing to jump in and work with a diverse team of people and latitude is expected.
