MS degree preferred. Experience in business systems analysis, requirements definition and high-level architectural designs Understanding of software development methodologies and structured approaches to system development Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to all levels of the organization Able to lead meetings and effectively summarize and prioritize topics Good leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment Bonus skills!
