*DescripationPosition preferred to be Denver based however travel may be
authorized for the right candidate if willing to be onsite Mon Thursday
weekly until initial project phases are complete.Works with project
stakeholders to determine the requirements for ETL data movement requests
for a wide variety of systems (OLTP, Data Warehouses, ODS) and platforms
(Oracle, SQL Server, Informix, XML, HL7, flat files)Designs, develops and
implements Informatica PowerCenter Informatica ETL jobs based on
source-to-target specificationsPerforms  monitoring and tuning of
Informatica PowerCenterPerforms monitoring and tuning of custom ETL jobs
written in SQL, PL/SQL and Unix  shell scriptsSupports  Informatica
Metadata Manager implementation for enterprise-wide metadataImplements
Data  Quality solutions for Informatica PowerCenter mappingsAdheres to
established dynamic error control/logging/error handling ETL
frameworkInformatica  PowerCenter 7.x, 8.x experience 5+ years is a
mustExtensive experience working with Oracle DBs is requiredExperience
working with SQL Server DBs is requiredPrevious experience in developing
and maintaining complex large-scale batch interfaces and ETL processes
across transactional and/or data warehousing systems is requiredStrong
verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask between
multiple projectsExperience working with source system owners and project
stakeholders to define ETL requirementsProficiency in  Unix shell
scripting Proficiency in PL/SQL programmingExperience with Data Quality
tools and methodologiesExperience with Enterprise Metadata
ManagementExperience with Informatica PowerCenter options (Partitioning,
