*PeopleSoft Human Resource Business Analyst * *Redwood City, CA (Locals Only)* *Position Duration: 6-8 Months* *Start: ASAP* Client is looking for a highly motivated individual committed to delivering quality solutions to support our HR organization. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive business relationships throughout the business community and IT, consistently adding value back to the business by leveraging your thorough understanding of the customer's business, their processes, and their priorities *Primary Responsibilities:* • Providing functional support for *PeopleSoft (9.0) HR, Benefits and Manager Self-Service* • Driving the *design, develop, testing, deployment and post-production* maintenance phases of the IT managed HR systems • Leading departmental projects such as *upgrade to 9.1 and the implementation of Employee Self-Service* • Partnering with the HR user community to identify their business requirements, produce functional specifications and design documents, and manage the implementation of those specifications • Partnering with technical team members to troubleshoot issues and design solutions to customer requests • Developing, *documenting and performing system, integration, and user acceptance tests* • Analyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for process improvement, and guiding the business in the establishment of effective and efficient business practices • Participating in IT Applications projects, including cross-functional projects, serving as the PeopleSoft HR representative *Required Skills: * • Minimum *5 years of demonstrated experience as an HR Business Analyst* • Demonstrated experience with *PeopleSoft HR 8.9+ to include Query, Security and Manager Self-Service* • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the *project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, and test plans development and execution* • Strong inter-personal skills, written and verbal communication, and facilitation skills • Demonstrated leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to build sound relationships and communicate expectations with users, team members and management • Ability to *write/understand SQL to assist in troubleshooting* • Experience with *PeopleSoft 9.0 or 9.1, to include Employee Self-Service* • Demonstrated knowledge of *HR business processes (compensation, LMS, recruiting, performance management, absence* -- Thanks & Regards, Nandan Sharma Beta Soft Systems, Inc., Fremont, CA-94538 Work- 510-744-1700 ext. 309 | Fax- 1-800-368-1322| [email protected] |www.betasoftsystems.com Yahoo ID: [email protected] Gtalk ID: [email protected] We are "Certified Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE)".
