*Position : Application Developer (.Net/ColdFusion)* *Location : Detroit, MI* *Duration : 6+ Months Phone then Face to Face * *They will look at people with either Java, .NET or ColdFusion along with MS Excel/VBA/Access skills) * * Engagement Description* This work involves building a business capability to process Medicare Advantage business for an external entity. The environment includes system applications and/or business applications (non-IT supported) which need to be reviewed and assessed as critical, migrated to a new directory and any required changes defined, scheduled and completed. *Objectives / Role:* - Assist with the assessment of individual business apps (non IT supported) and classify as business critical or non critical - Assist with the assessment of impacted system applications - For critical apps, migrate apps to a new environment - Define required change specifications - Review, design and develop technical documents *Top 3 Required Skills/Experience:* - Technical Experience: Excel, MS Access, SQL, Cold Fusion, Java, client / server, .NET, other server / web related technologies - Interviewing business areas and defining, implementing and testing data interfaces, user interfaces, database tables, user edits, file and print report outputs - Payor systems & operations *Required Skills/Experience* · Technical Experience: Excel, MS Access, SQL, Cold Fusion, Java, client / server, .NET, other server / web related technologies · Client / web development (coding) experience ? medium systems and above with multiple components, interfaces, user interfaces, reports, etc. · Significant experience with defining, implementing and testing data interfaces, user interfaces, database tables, user edits, file and print report outputs · Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects at one time; can keep details and status?
