*Position : QA Analyst * *Location : West Des Moines, IA* *Duration : 6+ Months Phone then Face to Face * *Job Summary * · The Quality Assurance Analyst (QAA) participates in the design and leads the quality assurance aspects of performance marketing program development, leads testing on software projects, develops acceptance test automation, develops load / stress tests, develops test plans and test cases from business requirements, executes test cases, tracks software defects, and verifies software fixes. · The QAA operates in a team environment with other members of the Technology Services product team and will be working on both client facing projects as well as production support projects. The team currently is mostly using manual testing, but desires to increase its use of automation testing. *Job Requirement* · *Minimum of five years experience developing, implementing and documenting test plans and test scripts* · Minimum of five years experience providing *time* *estimates *for testing an application · Minimum of five years experience with established and proven software development methodologies and procedures · Minimum of five years experience *collaborating with technical staff and business end users* · Minimum of five years of effective planning, scheduling, managing commitments, and managing multiple projects concurrently · Minimum of five years *SQL skills and experience with SQL Database Query Analyzer* · Minimum of five years experience in *all phases of testing*, documenting results and communicating the results; Specific experience working with the team’s current primary technology and software preferred · Minimum of five years experience with *Agile *software development concepts and testing in an Agile work environment using *Test Driven Development (TDD) or Behavioral Driven Development* *(BDD)* with manual and automated testing · Ability to *create automated tests* using automated testing tools including scripting / setting up reusable test function sets using manual tools like Cucumber or SpecFlow (Cucumber for .NET), and automation tools like Burp Suite (security testing) and NeoLoad (web and mobile testing) · Requires creativity, sound judgment, and the foresight to identify potential problems within the application and its interface · Strong motivation and self-direction, sound problem solving skills, decision making, and multitasking skills · Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment · Strong organizational and time management skills · Ability to listen, understand and respond to external and internal customers’ needs in a timely manner; Customer service experience in a service-related industry preferred · Ability to work the time necessary to complete projects and/or meet deadlines Regards , Kailash Negi VSG Business Solutions Phone: 302-261-3207 x 102 Email: kail...@vsgbusinesssolutions.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
