*Position: Automation QA* *Location: Anoka, Minnesota USA* *Start date: Immediate* *Job Description:* · Resource should have strong knowledge and should be hands-on in QTP with strong understanding of descriptive programming. · He/She Should have knowledge of designing automation frameworks independently. · Resource will be responsible for performing a variety of automation test development tasks, including functional testing, Integration testing, Database testing. · He / She will also be involved in the design, development, review, and implementation of automation test plans. *Key responsibilities include:* · Design and development of automation test plans, test specification, test automation framework. · Work with Functional QA and product management teams for understanding of Business Requirements, Functional Specification and Technical design documents. · Communicate project and automation testing status to internal and external teams. · Multi-tasking ability in a high stress environment. · Understand the internal and external software development/release processes. · Perform root cause analysis to identify problems in design and/or implementation. · Submit, Regress and Verify defects. *Preferred Job Qualifications* · 5-6 years’ experience in Software QA with focus on Integration and Web Applications/System base components testing. · 2-3 years of implementing test cases using any test management tool. · Very strong in automation framework design & development. · Experience in UI Automation using QTP or other UI automation tools.
