BA needed in foster city, CA 12+ month contract Summary: This role provides analytical, project management, and execution support to the Global Client Tools Team's efforts, with a specific focus on the creation of service delivery business processes for Visa's online client site – Visa Online. This role works with the Business Leaders and Service Owners throughout the Visa Organization to define and implement a service delivery framework which decreases cost, improves quality and enhances the client experience. In addition this role will support migration of existing services to a newly architected site. Global Client Tools seeks to efficiently deliver a high quality client experience through the Visa Online site. Visa Online provides client access to information and services in support of their Visa programs. Developing Service Delivery business processes involves: (a) understanding the service environment and the client interface; (b) working with subject matter experts throughout the organization on approaches to structuring and improving service delivery; (c) collecting the necessary information, both qualitative and quantitative; (d) proposing, documenting and gaining buy-in to new approaches to service delivery (e) building business cases and executive level presentations to support proposals and justify funding requests (f) documenting and representing business requirements for work to be performed by Visa Global IT. This role is involved in all of these steps at both a leadership and execution level under the guidance of senior business leaders. *Qualifications:* Bachelors/Degree or equivalent experience.
