*OBIEE / Oracle HR Technical Architect.* *Pittsburgh, PA.* *8-12 Months.* Any candidate who wants to be considered *must interview in person shortly after the initial technical phone screen.* *The following is a description of the assignment:*** *OBIEE Technical Expert* to act as a *data warehouse and metadata architect/developer* in the *deployment of the company's HR Analytics solution (OBIEE) *to a non-US region with enhanced functionality for OBIEE language and currency translation.$B!!!!(B Resource would work as part of the company's Global Data Warehouse Development team on the design/build/test/implementation phases of a custom HR Analytics Reporting solution deployment.$B!!(B The HR Analytics Reporting solution currently includes 61 metrics for the HR areas of: Compensation, Recruitment, Assignment Management, Learning and Development, Career & Performance, Diversity and Organizational Effectiveness.$B!!(B Resource will be responsible for extending the report solution so that it includes a new subject area for performance management.$B!!(B Responsibilities include:$B!!(B Design of data model for data warehouse (STAR Schema) to support OBIEE application functionality Creation of functional/technical design documents for OBIEE metadata components of the HR Analytics solution Develop the OBIEE metadata layer and assist with OBIEE report and dashboard development.$B!!(B Enhance design of existing OBIEE application with currency and language OBIEE performance tuning.$B!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(B Mentor other resources on the project in this development effort. Below are specific skills that must be targeted:$B!!(B *Experience with 3 or more full life cycle data warehouse implementations of custom Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) solutions*** Expert knowledge in dimensional modeling, design and architecture principles and techniques *Strong technical and functional knowledge of data warehouse and OBIEE*** *Hands-on experience with OBIEE metadata development*, dashboards development and implementation.
