*Need Core Scrum Master experience.* Responsible for planning, daily development activities, daily standup, etc. Removes blockers. Coordinates clarification calls with the Product Manager. Tracks team velocity and output. Responsible for quality Participate in sprint planning meeting, to ensure stories are complete and blockers are identified upfront Ensure that activities identified as a part of Sprint Retrospectives meetings are tracked to closure Understand key business objectives and strategy of the product, and communicate to the team Work with Product Managers to manage and prioritize backlog, and engineers to review and deliver stories Coordinate and facilitate sprint/release planning meetings, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives and demos Foster and coach the team for adoption of Agile tools and practices Establish and track productivity and efficiency metrics Ensure high throughput of the scrum team by identifying, preventing and eliminating potential issues and roadblocks Provide visibility into progress by maintaining JIRA, burndown charts, velocity analysis, etc. 5-7+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master (or equivalent experience) working in an Agile environment managing product or program digital initiatives demonstrating effective coordination of engineering, design/UX, and marketing stakeholders Must be an excellent communicator, able to gain the respect of the team, external stakeholders, and leadership Demonstrate ability to understand business needs and execute on a business strategy Strong conflict resolution, negotiation and leadership skills Working knowledge of JIRA Experience in an engineering role Best Regards, Mohd Taher US IT Recruiter Direct: 703 349 4237 USM Business Systems Chantilly, VA 20151, USA. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
