Strong verbal and written communication skills High level of comfort working with different teams (in-house and outsource) and adapt well with the changing environments Resourceful; can quickly grasp both business and technical concepts and understand how to find solutions to various scenarios Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, documentation, and planning skills required Strong problem solving/issue identification skills Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks A self-starter who is able to hit the ground running with minimal guidance Job Description: The Senior Software Developer has to be a highly motivated key member in the team who will work within a team or individually on design and development of web applications and integrations. This person will develop custom solutions or integration solutions for various IT projects, work on enhancement-related development projects for existing applications, interact with internal project managers, business system analysts, other IT teams, and sometime with business groups, in issue resolution.
