S/he focuses on designing database structures to operate in concert with application architecture components at most optimum performance levels. S/he works in an Agile SCRUM environment to receive input from the stakeholders and implement the solution as part of a multi-functional SCRUM team. Data Architect and the SCRUM team’s stakeholders include, but not limited to: product owner, process modeling team, front-end application team, middle-tier team, infrastructure and operations team, data management team, architecture teams. •Creating logical and physical data models for and OLTP system, based on the provided behavioral and domain models. •Designing and implementing database structures to enable a 3-tier OLTP system •Optimizing the performance of the OLTP database(s) based on the architecture of the system •Designing and implementing APIs to enable services and batch-based interconnectivity into the OLTP system •Designing and implementing data management processes, such as data quality and data security, and lifecycle management into the database operations *Skills: * • Requires knowledge and prior experience working with the latest versions of the Oracle DB and related options, such as Advanced Security, Active Data Guard, Advanced Compression, Lifecycle Management, etc. •Requires knowledge and prior experience working with Oracle PLSQL and related IDE tools, such as PLSQL Developer, TOAD •Requires knowledge and prior experience working with standard data constructs such as XML, XSD, 3NF, etc. •Requires knowledge and prior experience working with healthcare data domain and its standards, such as HL7, FHIR and FHIM •Requires knowledge and prior experience working with of Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) •Requires knowledge and prior experience working with leading Business Process Management (BPM) technologies •Requires knowledge and prior experience working with leading In Memory Data Grid (IMDG) technologies •Requires knowledge and prior experience working with data modeling and data management tools, such as IBM InfoSphere Data Architect (f.k.a.
