*Position - CRM Operational Adminstrator* *Location - Fort worth (TX)*
*Description • Configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM and administer the End User needs • Facilitate Account (Agency and Corporate) Portal content updates • Understand the needs of the customer and develop a proposed solution • Responsible to manage the bug/defect list for review with IT and Business Unit team for correction •Oversee, manage and coordinate with team to update the Corporate and Agency Portals, including targeted messaging and regular data uploads. • Responsible member of the Business Unit in Agile Backlog Grooming and Daily Stand Up meetings • Design and implement minor enhancements not requiring integration with other systems • Coordinate Production Support • Develop and coordinates CRM test scripts and testing for monthly releases.
