The position is responsible for architecting solutions, designing reusable code and conducting development code reviews for corporate wide solutions. The ideal candidate has in-depth experience with enterprise level .NET development, as well as a popular JavaScript framework such as AngularJS. Database experience is beneficial. This is a senior individual contributor position without supervisor responsibility. This position has formal responsibility for the work products (timing, budget, quality, completeness) of multiple teams. The position provides guidance and in-depth technical/business expertise on complex technical and management issues and adds measurable value through planning, coordination and/or communication. These work products include: · Architect, Design, Implement C#.NET MVC and AngularJS based solutions · Integrate enterprise web-based transactional applications · Complete coding and unit testing activities on-schedule and per quality expectations · On an individual basis, meet service level agreements for production support response and resolution · Design and follow the standard WFS development processes · Design and develop technical solutions to a pre-defined requirement and develop Code and Unit test independently or as a part of a team · Experience with GIT, automated testing, and continuous integration tools and practices · Follow documentation, version control and testing, and migration standards · Develop a cooperative environment that fosters knowledge sharing · Provide technical guidance and mentoring to others in areas of expertise · Provide quality assurance checkpoints related to tiered development including object/model design, and code reviews The position has formal responsibility for the tasks and work streams of multiple teams. The position provides technical leadership and significant business insight by being an important resource across several teams and by acting as a role model. The position defines approaches and the scope of IT work products. The position determines its own priorities and work focus to ensure the timely delivery of assigned tasks and work streams. The position drives the success of multiple teams and helps determine their tactics and approaches. The position develops knowledge and intellectual property for the company. The position helps develop staff through coaching and mentoring. The position determines the information needs of all stakeholders in its assigned projects. The incumbent creates the necessary information flows and follow-ups to ensure project success. The position adds significant value to all information it receives. The incumbent has in-depth knowledge and expert status in one or several key areas of expertise that is central to the company’s success. The position knows how their discipline interrelates with other parts of the company.
