*Notes:*

   - This is more of a technical role, not functional (which is what she
   keeps running into)
   - Most important skills: all PeopleSoft skills (PeopleCode), strong SQL,
   AppEngine
   - Day to day: working on current projects plus some other projects that
   are in the pipeline. Mostly project work with some minimal
   production support (about 90%/10%). Some after hours but its rare.
   - Backfill role for someone on her team that moved to a new team

*Job Description*

·         Our client in the Marietta are is currently seeking a Senior
PeopleSoft Developer. The Senior PeopleSoft Developer will be responsible
for the design and coding of application functionality to meet customer
defined requirements. Additional tasks included in this role will be
working with customers to outline user requirements, performing application
testing, facilitating user testing, and assisting in system rollouts.

*Job Responsibilities*

•        Assists with project planning, definition, requirements and time &
resource estimates

•        Must have an excellent functional understanding of PS HCM and the
associated business processes

•        Must be able to discuss and document how proposed changes to the
system will affect current business processes or other involved systems

•        Must exhibit excellence with Object Oriented PeopleCode,
Application Packages, SQL, Application Engine, Integration Broker,
Web Services, SQR and PeopleTools

•        Must have the ability to work with analysts and customers to build
design documents and design to a level that incorporates all integrated
systems

•        Must support the system when required by troubleshooting issues,
along with analysts

•        Handles the system development life cycle on all development and
enhancement projects

•        Responsible for helping to develop and maintain departmental
systems standards

•        Must support the system when required by troubleshooting issues
along with analysts

•        Must be able to mentor and evaluate other programmers and analysts



*Job Requirement*

•        8+ years of programming experience

•        6+ years of programming experience developing with PeopleSoft and
related languages

•        PS HCM Functional expertise

•        4+ years of programming experience in other languages

•        6+ years of experience working with Oracle databases

•        6+ years of experience with relational database design, and
development

•        Must demonstrate advanced knowledge of SQL and relational databases

•        Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills

•        Must demonstrate strong analytical skills to lead troubleshooting
efforts
