Looking for resource with strong troubleshooting skills. Able to install, configure, test and design. Knowledge of Oracle products is not enough as all Oracle products have already been installed. We need a resource who has worked in day-to-day Oracle Clusterware and RAC database operation for years. Must be able to identify root causes of performance, scalability, concurrency, locking, contention and failure problems. Must know how to troubleshoot problems Oracle Clusterware on Linux and RAC database on Linux.
