Projects include delivery of IT solution and client orders. This position requires complete knowledge of all programming requirements, deliverables and commitments as well as leading our IT resources in communications to and from our client. Must maintain support and enforcement of the necessary policies and procedures throughout the software development lifecycle. Also interface with production staff in ensuring quality and delivery of client orders. *Responsibilities include:* • Plan and manage the execution of project lifecycle, including but not limited to requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, release and maintenance. • Daily communication with client contacts and business personnel as to project progress. • Keeping log of tasks, bugs, fixes, scope changes and risks. • Participate in month end billing by running reports or providing clarifications to details. • Collaborate with production staff in ensuring order delivery. • Provide feedback on staff performance to management. • Classifying data and determining retention requirements • Responsibility and accountability for system changes. • Adhere to all policies and procedures related to security and protecting privacy of client and company information. • Support other tasks and responsibilities, both permanent and temporary as assigned or directed by management. • Experience communicating with clients.
