*Face To Face InterviewNeed Local To NJ, NY, PA Job Description:*Troubleshoot and resolve reported problems Monitor assigned software applications, document and analyze problems Establish and maintain user and administrator accounts Maintain system documentation Provide advice and training to end-users as required Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as required Understand and support all system interfaces for assigned applications Enable best practices and implement where appropriate Maintain SLA, System Availability, Capacity management, and Performance KPI Collaborate with server administrators and database administrators to ensure proper integration of the environment Work closely with business and vendor to tune and troubleshoot applications Provides second level of technical support for all corporate systems and software components Provide Level 3 support for the application. Must be able to support 24 x 7.
