*Position: Oracle EBS Developer* *Location: Denver, CO* *Duration: 6 - 12 Months* *VISA Status: Only US Citizens* *Pay Rate: $Open/hr on C2C* *No of Positions: 2* *Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:* *Functional/Technical Required Skills:* · Oracle EBS R12.2.x – core capabilities including best practice configuration, Sub-ledger accounting, self- service & associated workflows, integrations and reporting · Minimum 4-5 years of Oracle EBS Release 12 experience · Minimum 1-2 years Oracle Workflow experience with building new workflows · Minimum 1-2 years Oracle Application Framework (OAF) experience · 3rd party integration to Oracle EBS experience required · Knowledgeable in, and working experience with Oracle EBS R12 in the areas of AR, GL-SLA, Fixed Assets/Property Mgmt, Workflow for iExpense/iProcurement and Inventory. · Ability to recommend industry best practices, and use of new concepts and technologies to meet NREL business needs · Strong understanding of the underlying data structures (i.e., tables, views) of Oracle Projects/Financials · Experience troubleshooting and supporting existing R12 installations · AIM methodology for technical documentation · Strong background in systems development and testing techniques · Experience developing custom reports using Oracle Reports, XML/BI Publisher · Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, SQLPLUS · Oracle Application Framework experience · Java experience *Preferred Qualifications:* · APEX experience is desirable · Able to share knowledge constructively and effectively with co-workers and client · Ability to quickly understand requirements and respond with practical and feasible solutions · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Strong collaborative customer service skills · Strong mediation and facilitation skills · Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with NREL Business Partners · Strong communication and decision making skills to provide technical direction for NREL’s R12.2.X Reimplementation Project · Experience mentoring others in Oracle EBS/APEX concepts, functionality and configuration requirements · Strong background in systems implementation, redesign, development and testing techniques *Deliverables:* EBS R12.2.x Reimplementation project work - remediation of custom objects, testing, UAT support and production deployment activities – % completion on schedule with project plan deliverables *Duties shall include, but not be limited to:* · Have technical workflow experience to meet business and processing needs, utilizing EBS R12 capabilities. · Remediate remaining customizations, as assigned. · Ensure decisions are scalable and do not limit NREL’s ability to utilize additional functionality/modules in the future. · Help evaluate decisions and identify potential gaps/changes to support and execute existing integrations with third party tools – e.g. WorkDay, Famis On Demand, and Concur Travel, etc. · Identify possible business process and procedural changes required for newly configured Oracle R12 EBS applications. · Help develop better understand of newer Oracle technologies, like Oracle Application Framework. · Provide knowledge transfer regarding the future system design and ensure NREL technical resources are prepared to support the system at deployment. · Expand core team skills to ensure the technical team is comfortable conducting training and supporting future enhancements. · Support User Acceptance Testing · Assist existing staff with technical support of integrations and current customizations. · Create/Maintain technical documentation on integrations and custom system processes · Excellent communication and collaboration skills with customers, business Regards, *Ramesh,* HYR Global Source Inc | An ERP Consulting Corp Mail to: r...@hyrglobalsource.com Work: *913-660-0755* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
