Please send the resumes at pe...@cncconsulting.com Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Location: Warwick, RI Duration: 6 Months The Business Systems Analyst will provide analytical and technical support to assist the HIV Provision of Care Unit in evaluating its current systems for the purpose of managing and implementing the CAREWare system with direct service providers. The Business Systems Analyst will also plan, manage and implement the transition from the current in-house ADAP system to the CAREWare ADAP system. Additional services require working with the Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Hewlett Packard, to ensure an update business relationship and ongoing effective collaboration. The vendor’s Business Analyst is expected to ensure a close, on-site working partnership with the HIV Provision of Care Unit and will coordinate, organize and track all assigned work. The Business Systems Analyst will be required to provide effective communication with this unit and other contracted individuals as appropriate, especially the HRSA CareWare consultant. Qualifications The Business Systems Analyst selected will be required to have the following minimum credentials: Must have minimum of five to seven years’ experience as senior business systems analyst or equivalent. Practical experience in working with MS-Access based databases and other data management systems; Ability to translate complex data and information into easy translatable reports; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for creating data reports, documents and be able to access and enter confidential data into data base systems. Exceptional communication skills, data and writing skills. Ability to be flexible, dependable and available to participate in trainings and community presentations; Ability to effectively work with data pertaining to diverse communities and populations at risk for HIV. Must have a proven record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and technical staff in English. Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, Business or related field This position reports to the Assistant Administrator of the HIV Provision of Care and Special Populations Unit. Scope and Deliverables: Complete the CareWare installation at all remaining providers Customize reports and interfaces for direct service providers Manage the transition from the current in-house MS-Access ADAP system to the CareWare ADAP system. This will require evaluating alternative methods of migrating data from the MS-Access system to Careware and implementing the best solution. Review and update the HP Business Design Plan. Prepare and deliver monthly status reports, detailing significant activities of the previous month with a description of problems, proposed solutions, and estimated completion times.
