- - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Information Systems with a minimum of 8 years related professional experience or comparable education and work experience. - 6+ years of experience working in Technical Operations / DevOps / System Administration - Strong communication skills, with an ability to explain technical concepts in clear and concise terms - Recognition of the importance of automation on scalability and reliability. Good grasp in clustering, load balancing concepts. - Knowledge of Chef and/or Puppet for automation and Jenkins for continuous integration - Configuration management experience - Virtualization experience (AWS preferred) - Scripting knowledge (Shell Scripting) - Experience with monitoring tools, especially New relic and Nagios - Experience in SFTP, SMTP etc - Extensive Linux systems experience in large-scale, multi-site environments - A demonstrable track record of effective client relation skills *Preferred Education/ Experience* - Experience of database MongoDB/Oracle is good to have - J2EE/Java experience is a plus - Experience working with culturally diverse, globally dispersed teams - Experience with Continuous Improvement processes - Prior experience using, supporting or administering WebInsure software - -- What happens after you submit a resume for an open position?
