*Business Analyst- Identity and Access Management System* *Scottsdale, AZ* *1 Year* *Job Details:* Coordinates, facilitates, communicates and documents client business processes. Works directly with business users to record complex business processes and help develop new business processes to support increased customer value. Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. OpenText and ProVision experience is preferred. Experience with process frameworks (i.e. APQC), PMI, SDLC and BPM desirable EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience is required at a senior level. Preference for a degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering , Business or degree that prepares the employee for the assignment. BELOW ARE ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS ASKED AND ANSWERS FROM THE CLIENT INTAKE CALL. 1. Are they replacing an existing Identity and Access Management System, and if so which product? The organization is building an Identity and Access Management Program and as part of this program, will deliver the following capabilities - Virtual Directory Service, Enterprise Provisioning, Enterprise SSO, Enterprise Privileged Identity Management. These capabilities will be delivered over a multi-year period of time. One product solution has been determined - Radiant Logic's Virtual Directory Service. All other products TBD. 2. Is there a product they have decided to go with for the new system, and is experience with that product required? Product(s) not yet selected. Will be selected as part of an evaluation process in 2016. Generally speaking, experience with Computer Associates, Centrify, Cyber-Ark, Courion, Okta, Ping, Radiant Logic, SailPoint would be beneficial. 3. Is this system for tracking customers of Discount Tire or for internal users of the IT systems? The solution is focused on internal human capital. Customers are not in scope. 4. Is this for tracking external customers and trends because they mention Omni-Channel, which looks like that’s what this product is used for, but wasn’t sure. Omni-Channel was referenced as a general preference (of experience) although not required.
