Creates and executes project work plans and timelines and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Opens jobs/creates change orders in software system. Provides appropriate job specifications. Leads project scoping. Effectively communicates relevant project information to brand team. Works with production to create appropriate production schedules. Routes work between all responsible people in all stages of development. Conveys project changes and updates to appropriate team members. Facilitates team and client meetings to review work. Prepares regular status reports and distributes internally and externally if necessary. Holds regular status meeting with project team. Reviews deliverables prepared by team before presenting to client. Ensures documents and major digital assets are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Resolves and /or escalates issues in a timely fashion Manages both internal and external approvals. Monitors scope creep and re-scopes projects if necessary. Assures project legal documents (photo releases, property releases, etc.) are completed and signed. must also have key core project management skills and experience such as executive level and project team communication skills, risk and issue management, problem solving and root cause analysis, both project plan and test plan creation. (This project includes the migration of applications to a new data center. The application architecture will change to adhere to to the new data center standards. This includes moving from dedicated physical servers to virtual servers, separation of database and batch servers, changing from SAN to NAS storage, changing from Sun Solaris to Linus OS for all tiers and upgrading the Oracle database to version 12 with RAC) *PM to have any of the below certification would be added advantage. * *PMP®Project Management Professional* *PMI-ACP®Agile Certified Practitioner* *CBAP®Cert.
