TitleL: Help Desk Analyst
Location: St Louis MO
Duration: 6+ Months

NOTE:!!Must Need USC & Should Be Local!!

Responsibilities include:
•Collaborate with US Business customers and the US IT Data Management team
to enhance reporting and data access in support of the growing business
strategy.
•Manage access to existing BusinessObjects universes, reports and
dashboards.
•Utilize Remedy and Teamtrack to submit and process access requests.
•Assist users with the usage of Web Intelligence including viewing, editing
and creating new reports.
•Troubleshoot technical issues related to the use of Business Objects and
resolve or escalate as appropriate.
•Author and execute Oracle SQL statements in order to satisfy “ad hoc” data
requests.
•Collaborate with the US IT Data Management team to identify data
discrepancies, issues, integration gaps and opportunities in order to
expand the capabilities of US IT data warehousing.

Required skills/experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or
equivalent work experience.
•Strong customer service focus with the ability to professionally manage
communications with a wide range of end users.
•5+ years of IT experience
•1+ years experience in Business Objects Web Intelligence use and/or
development
•5+ years experience in Oracle SQL development
•3+ years experience in MS Access, Word, Excel
•Superior analytical skills, be able to think through and research complex
problems
•Manage multiple assignments simultaneously
•Ability to work independently in a changing business environment
•Results oriented and able to drive issue resolution
Desired skills/experience:
•Remedy end user experience
•Teamtrack end user experience
