Role: Business Analyst Duration: 6 months Location: Columbus, Ohio (local, USC/GC) *Job Details:* Candidate needed with solid analytical skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, data analysis, and project management abilities. The resource should also have financial services experience around account origination and maintenance development platforms with emphasis on Java, XML an Module development are pluses. Perform requirements, traceability and impact analysis. • Work closely with business partners and technology groups to help refine requirements. • Help Identify cross impacts to other systems. • Must be able to clearly communicate with business partners and technology leads to ensure timely and accurate project delivery. • Load requirements into ALM tool • Work with the Business Analysis and Quality Assurance, BA/QA teams, and Business and Technology leads. • Research to determine if solutions to business needs currently exist within or outside the business unit, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible. • Manage day-to-day individual workload and project workloads. • Support additional off-hour activities; implementations, production issues, as needed. • The ability to produce a Functional Design Document from the completed requirements that the QA team can develop test scripts from and the Development team can create a Technical Design Document from.
