This person will be the primary contact for the day to day IT support needs of the people in the R&D labs including the Long Term Research and Advanced Research groups. The daily IT support needs will include the coordination of technical teams to resolve a production issue, setup of lab instruments on the network, installation of new software on pcs in the labs, connection of lab instruments to the WinLIMS system, and the definition and prioritization of small enhancement requests. The support analyst will also maintain a prioritized list of requests and issues and regularly review it with the lead analyst for the labs and the business team. The person in this role will also get involved in development activities for lab reporting and database projects. Development activities could include ETL programming, building SQL queries, and support of ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> applications. * Skill Sets:* *Required:* .NET Production/Manufacturing Technical *Desired:* *Required Qualifications* Required Job Skills & Years of Experience for Each: 1.
