We support the success and growth of our clients by providing lending, risk management, cash and liquidity management, trade finance, and asset and sales financing. Purpose of role The successful candidate needs to be a keen problem solver with strong data analytical skills. The role includes: 1. In-depth analysis on Wealth products to identify historical transactions which may have contributed to process anomalies 2. Identify trends, anomalies and patterns in the data. 3. Import, validate or model data with the purpose of understanding or making conclusions for decision making purposes. 4. Develop methodology, documentation and build models to calculate and validate client impact. 5. Using strong Excel/VBA skills and analytical skills analyze and manipulate data and extract reports, both ad-hoc and routine, providing analysis to senior management and regulators. Core accountabilities Working with a team of subject matter experts, business and project managers, the role holder will work as part of team to diagnosis issues. Role requirements Professional/technical experience The successful candidate will have 7-10+ years of data analytical experience. The role holder will work closely with the business leads, project managers, and business and data analysts in the Remediation Office and require. • Proven ability to analyze complex sets of data, draw conclusions and articulate the conclusions clearly to both peers and senior stakeholders. • Strong written and verbal communications skills and strong interpersonal skills • Strong documentation and visualization skills; • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. • SQL/Database query experience desirable though not essential Academic and professional qualifications The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college as well as on-going professional certifications. Language skills The right candidate must be able to read, write and converse fluently in English.
